With no plan and a lack of understanding of the house's role in creating wealth and financial safety, I saw a much greater need in our industry.

 

I developed a new process to help families make more intelligent decisions with their mortgages and money. The conversations changed from "rates" and "fees" to teaching the seven steps and 7-questions from my book, Borrow Smart, Repay Smart. My business thrived because I was providing much more than a mortgage...I was feeding the path to a Bigger, Better Financial Future.

 

Now I focus on helping talented, ambitious, and successful Branch Managers and Loan Officers find THEIR purpose and passion for taking THEIR business (and life) to another level, just as I have done. By providing personal coaching, custom tools, and a new way of thinking, I help mortgage professionals create a much Bigger, Better Future™ for themselves and their families. In doing so, mortgage professionals re-learn to love what they do. They get "addicted" to creating greater and greater value for others. In return, they no longer are "chasing" potential clients, but rather "being chased. By learning and following our 7-step Freedom Track, Loan Officers learn how to escape the ugly commodity trap, increase productivity and profitability, and ultimately build a business that provides more significant time and money freedom.
